HAVAL South Africa has introduced their most dynamic SUV to date: the highly anticipated HAVAL H6 GT.
It offers a unique blend of coupé-inspired design merged with the most celebrated features of a modern SUV. With standout styling, a distinctive design feature of aero side skirts, enhanced visual accents and semi-Autonomous Driving the new HAVAL H6 GT certainly has what we here at UM HAVAL like to call ‘curb appeal’.
The H6 GT presents a different offering to the H6 SUV because it’s sportier-looking while at the same time still complementing the H6's distinctive futuristic Eastern design aesthetic and style.
The HAVAL H6 GT is reshaping the way SUVs look. It offers a more streamlined body, wheel arch cladding as well as gloss black accents, and carbon fibre inserts on the front and back. The rear is finished with a roof-mounted spoiler and lip spoiler enhancing the fastback rear.
To finish off the ultra-sporty look, the HAVAL H6 GT offers 235/55 R19 alloy wheels in a black finish, gloss black roof rails and exterior mirrors, and subtle yet noticeable aerodynamic kit with sporty rear diffuser. You better believe you will turn heads everywhere you go!
The interior complements the exterior and delivers sophisticated comfort with sporty green trimming and stitching with Alcantara inserts. The driver-centric design of the H6 GT offers heated seats, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless charging, and a 12.3-inch central display that sits atop the stylish dual-tier dash panel.
The question is: does the H6 GT have the performance to match all this external charisma? The answer is: yes! Again, here we see how this car is built around the driver giving a perfect balance of versatility and modern luxuries to effortlessly perform in everyday life.
Under the bonnet we find the new 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine that really packs a punch with 155kW at 6000r.p.m and 325N.m. at 1500r.p.m. The power is delivered through a 7-speed dual clutch transmission - making sporty driving performance possible when and where you need it - matched with a torque-on-demand (TOD) 4WD system. Furthermore, The H6 GT is the first Haval in Mzansi to have ‘Race Mode’, with the Sport exhaust tone with a more aggressive throttle and transmission response.
