This range includes the R18 cruisers and R nineT roadsters, each with five variations including a 100th-anniversary edition. The 1,802 cc cruisers are powered by air/oil-cooled two-cylinder four-stroke boxer engines with two chain-driven camshafts above the drive shaft delivering 67 kW at 4750 rpm and 158 Nm of torque at 3000 rpm. The 1,170cc air/oil-cooled two-cylinder, four-stroke boxer engines of the roadsters with two camshafts and four radially arranged valves per cylinder and central counterbalance shaft deliver 80 kW (109 hp) at 7,250 rpm and 116 Nm of torque at 6,000 rpm.

Captivate in a Classic

Centred around the powerful boxer engine and featuring a low and stretched fly line, the R18 exudes character with its double cradle frame, telescopic forks and teardrop tank. The minimalist design of the R nineT is an expression of a pedigree going back a century. Traditional design with a compact fuel tank, upright seating and twin tailpipe exhaust is pure, passionate, and captivating.

Equipped for Riding Pleasure

The R18 features front spoke wheels with 300mm, 4-piston fixed calliper (twin-disc in the front and single-disc in the rear) brakes, with partially integral ABS*. The R nineT is available in aluminium cast or spoke wheels with twin disc, 320mm, 4-piston fixed calliper brakes in the front and single disc, 265mm, 2-piston floating calliper brakes in the rear, with Motorrad ABS*.
