For people who wonder if Fiat still makes the Doblò, the answer is yes! In fact, in June 2022 Fiat presented the all new Fiat Doblò van as well as the E-Doblò, a full electronic version of the well-known MPV version of the Doblò. The E-Doblò is not (yet) available in South Africa, but in our CFAO showrooms you will find two diesel engines and 1 petrol engine. This third-generation Doblò is a rebadged version of the third-generation Citroën Berlingo. Which also happens to be the inspiration for the Opel Combo. Previously, the Fiat Doblò and Opel Combo were mechanically identical but since Opel is now part of the same group as Peugeot and Citroen, both the new Doblò and the Combo are based on the Berlingo.

Thanks to Fiat’s “an engine for every mission” strategy, the Doblò offers maximum performance for different needs and type of use with two MultiJet II diesel engines and 1 petrol engine. The 1.3 litre and 1.6 litre turbo diesel engines offer enhanced torque response, higher at low revs and consequently with greater flexibility and quicker engine response times.
Greater Flexibility
There are currently two trim levels available: Standard and SX. Base models come equipped with most of what you’d need, but opting for one of the higher packs can also net a great-value servicing package. If it comes to making commercial vehicles, Fiat has considerable experience and the Doblò has proven to be reliable and dependable over the years.
