This was only the beginning of one of history's most successful SUV ranges. Volkswagen built upon the classic Touareg and developed the smaller but elegant VW Tiguan in 2007, the spacious VW Tiguan Allspace in 2016, the compact VW T-Roc in 2017, the affordable VW T-Cross in 2019 and lastly the stylish VW Taigo in 2021.
